In order to improve the quality of projects implemented by non-profit organisations participating in the programme, The Youth in Action programme makes available to associations, young people and youth workers several training courses at the international level to enable young people to improve their skills in animation, interculturality and non-formal education, and for professionals (leaders, educators, workers, and volunteers of non-profit) to learn and exchange best practices and establish new partnerships.
The first step is to recognise and understand what is the EVS, and how it works.
In the second step you have to search through the whole database, rout out the available projects (reachable on internet) that you are interested in.
The third step is the implementation of the concrete application: you have to send your CV and motivation letter to the host organization, for the project you choosed.
In this phase you will have to wait patiently for the results of the selection: host organizations are choosing volunteers circumspectly, because they will take part in their personnel for long months.
Once the selection proccess is done, you have to arrange the departure and arrival dates, sign the documents, pack your lagguages and….go!
